Boxing and Muay Thai Class
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Adult classes 6pm to 8pm, and 8pm to 9pm sparing. Tuesday and Thursday Adults classes 10am to 12pm.
Tuesday and Thursday kids classes 6pm to 7pm.

What’s Happening
LaGrange Muay Thai Instructor
Jack started his boxing career in 1979 boxing out of Pena’s gym. After a couple year at Pena’s Jack then started judo and Karate at the Davenport Ymca until he met Gary Schroeder in 1982. Jack started Tae Keon Do under Gary. He now has a 6 degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Jack then started Studying Kali and Eskrima and Silat under Dean Lessei and Dan Inosanto since 1994. He then began studying Muay Thai under Dean Lessei and later met Ajarn Chai Sirisute. Jack got his Muay Thai instructor certification in 1998 under Ajarn Chai Sirisute.
Jack started fighting in the ring in 1980 with boxing, he than transition to Tar Keon Do and last to Muay Thai. Jack fought his last fight in the ring in 2015, later that year he retired. Jack is excited to be able to share with wealth of knowledge and experience with the community!
